30 Minute Classical Pilates mat Session, with props if you and your duet partner would like? Do you have a workout buddy ($45 per person) you'd like to try pilates with? The benefit of being virtual means you don't even have to be in the same zip code to be able to spend quality time together building a better version of you! Another reason for having a buddy is it helps you be more accountable in setting time aside for some well needed TLC together! Having someone to challenge you and share the sweat along with helps to keep you committed! Or reserve a time for Husband & Wife, Mother & Daughter, Siblings, Roommates- Etc. from the safety of your home! Sara will work with each of your levels and help keep you both challenged in your own way. **Must have 2 signed up in the same session for duet to go on, otherwise it will be considered a private session and rate.**
