group classes

Sara offers a lot of variety in her classes and will mix up the schedule depending on client requests throughout the year. There are different packages available depending what you are looking for. Each class is catered to the bodies who sign up, no matter your level Sara will keep you moving! You can pick between a 30 minute or 55 minute class. 

There are props that we use during classes to help deeper connect to the work. None are required and most you can recreate with items around the house. There is a Props List available if you are interested to see more of what that includes. Ideally a Pilates/Yoga Mat, and a wall or chair nearby are the most important the rest can just be for fun :)
