Book a Classical Pilates Mat session One-on-One with Sara.

Sara will keep an eye on your technique and cue you specifically tailored to what your body may need to achieve the ideal version of the exercise(s) and mat work. Whatever level you may be at, she can help challenge you wherever you are in your Pilates journey! Setting a goal with Sara and keeping your intentions in mind during your private session to help set you up for success. If you have props available at home we can help include those for a different challenge or variety depending on your needs and preferences. 

If you’re recovering from an injury or feel like you focus better in a private setting this may be a better option for you. If you’re new to pilates and want to have a solid set up to build up to group classes this is also a great option to get familiar with exercises(or your version of them) to help prep you for the flow of a class where Sara has to split her attention between multiple bodies and you’ll be expected to hold onto your own cues and powerhouse during class.
