LIVE SESSIONS ARE THE BEST WAY TO GET STARTED WITH PROPER TECHNIQUE AND SARA'S OBSERVANT EYES ON YOU TO CREATE GOOD HABITS!
Live sessions are held via Zoom where Sara can be able to keep an eye on your technique and cue you specifically to what your body may need in order to achieve the ideal version of the exercise(s) and mat work.
You have the option of a Private One-On-One Session or Group Classes depending which you'd prefer! Please use the links below to get more information on which may be a better fit for you and your pilates journey.
SVVP has multiple price points depending which program you are a part of. You can pick between drop-in rates if you tend to schedule randomly or a discounted package to book a recurring time slot & reserve your weekly class spot!

Reasons why privates may be a good it for you:

If you’re recovering from an injury or catering to chronic pain or issues to work around.

Feel like you focus better in a private setting versus having other bodies in class with you.

If you’re new to pilates and want to have a solid foundation to build up to group classes this is also a great option to get familiar with exercises(or your version of them) to help prepare you for the flow of a class which requires Sara to split her attention between multiple bodies. For group classes you’ll be expected to hold onto your own cues and powerhouse during class.

If you have a specific goal in mind or different apparatus you'd like to work this you'll get the session more catered to you in a private setting.

If you are used to a sport or group activity, I find this may be a more enjoyable option than knowing the instructor's eyes are solely on you during a class.
