In-Person/Hybrid 45min Open Mat

Service Description

In Person mat, located (El Cerrito at Katie's Dance Studio) OR virtual mat class video video link. Please note class is 45minutes. Sara will have props and in person spotting plus the same benefit of a wonderful group of movers to enjoy class along with from home! Please let Sara know if you plan to join virtually or in person so she can have the virtual option set up via video for you as well!

Cancellation Policy

If you have any issues please reach out to Sara so you won't be charged for a late cancel. If you are able to reschedule the class to another time that same week you can avoid the 12hr cancellation fee.
